4-day Hooves equine 🐎 therapy retreat for military community (separate retreat for male vets and then female vets/military spouses/caregivers are together). 

This is a nonprofit charity so there is grant money to cover transportation if needed. (Donations always appreciated.)

Highly recommend for military struggling with suicidal thoughts, depression, looking for answers in self growth and those wanting to build a military community sharing commeraderie.

Horses 🐎 are incredibly intuitive (like dogs) and can read our emotions and energy just by standing in the rink with them. No riding necessary.

These are rescue horses 🐎 who have recovered from trauma. Military veterans come here to recover from war trauma. Spouses and caregivers come here to gain coping, communication and self-love skills.

They are shut down for winter months but retreats run from June through October annually.

 I used to volunteer for Purpose Jewelry when we lived in Southern California. They support anti-human trafficking by having overcomers design and sell jewelry. They also provide an Academy for them on several continents around the world to get an education, a trade skill in jewelry making, along with mindfulness, wellness and self-worth rehabilitation as they show up off the street completely broken.
